John Edwards has apparently made up his mind who he’s endorsing. Packed into a room that could barely hold us, sitting between Mrs. Robinson and Tild, I watched John Edwards make his pitch at Yearly Kos last summer. He’s a great American, and I look forward to seeing how he and Elizabeth continue to contribute to the greater good.

Mapping out the rest of the campaign, then taking asinine questions from stupid people who get paid too much for misinforming us on a daily basis. Good video clip of our next president from Al Giordano. (& what’s with ALL the reporters being male?)

Steam punk taken to a vapid extreme.

Chicago Tribune apologizes for getting an editorial exactly right.

The Obama party: winning is hard work, and they’re working hard.

Nothing disgusted me more than the triangulation approach to winning the presidency. You run EVERYWHERE, EVERY YEAR. Presidential campaigns that ignore entire states are as fucked up as businesses that reject certain kinds of clientele. Money is money, and votes are votes.

Grand Theft Childhood vs. Katherine Kersten.

More love for KK.

Updated to pacify Stooge (who, after all, has a black belt in handcuffs).

Republicans vote against Mother’s Day as a procedural gambit to mess with the House leadership.

Earthworms look down on the House Republican leadership, altho older earthworms need to put on their driving glasses first, so far have the ‘pug leaders sunk.

Martha Stewartry taken too far (isn’t it always?).

OK, it’s only an apple core, but I’m very impressed by what they’ve done with it, and of course I’m a sucker for any picture with this kind of apple in it.

Taking credit for things you voted against. (It’s not just their horrible politics, how can so-called conservatives tolerate all the lies from their elected officials?) more

Superdelegates. Oh my.

New digging suggest that “Happy Birthday” was never properly copyrighted, despite decades of royalties paid in

New argument says uploading not the same as distributing

Why are prescriptions still handwritten?

Another speed dial oops

Italy deliberately put all Italians’ tax filings online — then reversed itself — but still, what better way to stop corruption than by letting everyone know what everyone makes? Unions have always tried to make pay more transparent, but companies who don’t compensate fairly keep resisting and almost no white collar employees anywhere know what their peers make.

The difference the net makes in politics

Music videos from Gimp Parade for them who can’t wait for my Friday upload. (Soon.)

OK, I updated. Truth is I saw yours, said fuckit I want no part of Kersten’s latest idiocy, but then I saw what CP did and had to run it.

No slight intended, but now that you bring it up, yeah, it’s funnier when you illustrate your posts. Try to work on that, OK?
